Superb staff, charming and helpful. Excellent, clean room. Central location, but not noisy. Great facilities, spacious room with garden view. Lovely breakfast on terrace. Close to main attractions. Spa area with pool.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect - not far from the train station and a short walk to all the main tourist attractions. there were plenty of options for dining near the hotel, especially in the Central market area. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was helpful and attentive.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city - everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from the welcome drink to the tours/ticket assistance. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the spa and wellness centre - the indoor swimming pool and sauna were a relaxing treat after a day of sightseeing.
We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this city.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is very close to all the tourist attractions in Florence. It is just a short walk away from the city centre, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a beautiful garden/terrace where guests can enjoy meals or drinks. guests can relax and take a swim in the pool or sauna.
The dinner options at the hotel's cafe were small in portion size and overpriced.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful and modern hotel in the heart of Florence. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city's attractions and enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants. The hotel itself was an oasis of calm, with a lovely garden and a refreshing pool to relax in. The room was impeccably modern, with everything I needed and a fine view of the garden. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including gluten-free choices that were a good surprise. In the evenings, the complimentary tea and pastries were a welcome treat after a day of sightseeing. The hotel staff, particularly Francisco, were helpful and made our stay even better.
